Welcome to ScoreProTv. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScoreProTv ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ScoreProTv provides a fantasy sports overlay application that:

• Displays fantasy sports scores and statistics
• Integrates with Yahoo Fantasy Sports, Sleeper, and other platforms
• Provides real-time NFL game data and player information
• Offers customizable overlay displays for TV viewing

3. Use License

Permission is granted to:

• Download and install the App on your personal devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access fantasy sports data from integrated platforms

You must NOT:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the App to another person or entity
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. User Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you may need to authenticate with third-party services:

• Yahoo Fantasy Sports: You authorize the App to access your Yahoo Fantasy data via OAuth
• Sleeper: You provide your Sleeper username to access league data
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Free Trial

• New users may receive a 7-day free trial of premium features
• The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• Only one free trial per user

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payment is processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
• Refund requests must be made through the respective app store

The App integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Data accuracy is dependent on third-party sources
• We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ScoreProTv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party service interruptions
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App data

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Resell or redistribute App data or features
• Violate any third-party terms of service through use of the App

• The App and its original content are owned by ScoreProTv
• Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected
• Third-party content and trademarks are property of their respective owners
• NFL team logos and data are used under fair use for informational purposes

11. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update features or remove functionality
• Suspend service for maintenance

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App or its features
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
